Entrance Level – Villa Ocean Pearl

On the entrance level is the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen featuring the 30ft central atrium which totally opens up the space and lets the sun flood in. Large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that run the full width of the property create an almost seamless connection between inside and out, and effectively extend the inside living area to include the swimming pool terrace and connect everyone whether chilling out inside or enjoying the sunshine or a shady spot outside.

The open plan living area incorporates the lounge with large sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table, side board and large flat screen TV perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The fully equipped modern kitchen houses a built in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, lots of cupboard space and also has a balcony with sea views overlooking the pools. The large glass sliding doors on the entrance level/ground floor open onto the fabulous infinity pool area and garden with beautiful colourful flower beds. There is an outside shower, BBQ and further dining table with seating for 10 under a shaded canopy, 7 sun loungers, parasols, sofa, two chairs and coffee table which seat 5, all perfect for enjoying the magnificent views and sunsets whilst enjoying alfresco dining, a dip in the pool or a game of table tennis.

On the lower level is a further full size pool and garden area. The terraces are furnished with a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table seating 5, a further 3 sun loungers, parasols, an outside shower and a beautifully planted area. Access is via the spa area via two large sliding glass double doors.

For keeping everyone entertained, there is a Media and Games Room, which includes a very large sofa, 65” Samsung flat screen TV with surround sound system, movies, games and play station 4 Pro with 4K high definition. The media room also has comfy bespoke cushions that convert to two single beds which kids will love!

This is a truly indulgent area with traditional Turkish tiling and includes gym equipment for anyone wanting to keep up their regime, sauna for after your workout and two enticing heated beds to sooth any aches or pains or to simply chill out.

A spectacular very spacious master suite with a super king bed, two bedside units, a large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes, TV and seating area, two arm chairs and coffee table, plus two single sofa beds so it can sleep an additional two people. This amazing bedroom opens onto the pool area through two sets of glass sliding doors which let light flood in.

The en-suite to this bedroom is a very large with a huge shower, sink, triple vanity unit and WC.

Ocean Pearl En-Suite – Master Bedroom 2
This extra large second master includes a super king size bed, two bedside units, large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes and sofa. A set of three large floor to ceiling double sliding doors open onto the pool area.

The en-suite is luxurious with double frosted glass doors, an extra large couples bath, large massage shower, double sinks with six vanity units underneath and an extra large full wall length mirror. You can’t help but feel extra special! There is a separate WC within the bathroom with a further sink and vanity unit.
