Property Description
Situated in Kiziltas, Villa Kuzey is a large four bedroom villa just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Sleeping 9 people as there is a triple room, Kuzey caters for larger groups well. There is plenty of outdoor space and a long infinity pool.
On the ground floor is the open plan living areas all opening out onto the pool side and with sea views. A twin room (can be made into a double) also opens out onto the pool terraces. There is a separate shower room for use of the twin room on the ground floor too.
The first floor has a double en-suite and triple en-suite with three single beds. Both bedrooms have full sea views and share a full width balcony.
The top floor has an apex roof and is home to a large double en-suite, with a jacuzzi in the room itself. The balcony terrace has fabulous sea views from here. Please note the en-suite has height restrictions due to the apex roof.
For your entertainment there is a table tennis table and a treadmill.

Kalkan is stunningly beautiful. I fell in love with the place on my first visit nine years ago . I travel to Kalkan two to three times a year , mostly three . The sea is superb, people wonderful , so warm and friendly . Restaurants serve first class food and wine , as well as excellent friendly service . Kalamaki is a must if you go there . A boat trip with Sunset Boat trips is unforgettable. We have chartered their boat for two days , a truly memorable trip . If you go for the first time , it won't be your last . You will have the Kalkan bug , so am sure you will return many times . Just live the place ❤ 
- Louise was fabulous. She found us a villa a week before we were due to fly as we always leave it until the last minute and found all the villa as we had been looking at were suddenly gone
Louise found us a villa better than our expectations and cheaper price too. Very knowledgeable about the area as we had not been so the Kalamar side before although visited kalkan many times and now we would not stay any other area. She gave us some great tips and we now have a new favourite Resturant due to her recommendation. Couldn’t praise Louise highly enough. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable with a fab portfolio. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to find you a villa in what has to be one of the best kept secrets in Turkey. Thankyou our holiday was amazing, just far too short

We decided to come to Kalkan very last minute and contacted Louise for some help.... she was fabulous and gave us lots of choices of villas to choose from.. the villa we chose was absolutely perfect, just as Louise had described it and we had a fabulous time... Louise sorted all our transfers and even came to visit to say hello.... I would highly recommend and thank you again.. 👍
- I have never heard about Kalkan till last February, later that month I contacted Louise and described her my requirements in the villa that we are looking to rent in April. She arranged me a villa that has all my requirements and more that I wasn't thinking about in this lovely place.

- I booked a villa in Kalkan via Holiday Lettings. Louise was the property manager for this villa and this was how we met her. Unfortunately, our chosen villa was double booked. However, before Louise told us the disappointing news, she found us a wonderful and arguably better villa than we booked. Not only that she organised shopping for us so that the villa had food and water available on arrival. She checked on us a couple of times to ensure we were happy. She also stepped in and helped us when our teenage daughter left her purse containing all her spending money in a Taxi and was successful in helping us get it back. She recommended restaurants for us to go to. Advised us correctly when we had troubles with the air conditioning units in the villa.
Our holiday wasn’t without its challenges but is fair to say that Louise was a safe and reliable pair of hands to help us smooth out any issues and ensure we had a fabulous stay in Kalkan. Thank You.
