Property Description
Situated in the Old Town of Kalkan, you couldn’t get a better location than this. Kulenin Evi is a large, spacious, four bedroom, four bathroom detached villa with plenty of outside space and stunning sea views from the roof terrace. A mere 200 metres from the beach front, and less to the many restaurants and shops in the Old Town, so no need for taxis.
The pool is private (no sea views) with a separate jacuzzi pool, surrounded by plenty of terraces providing shade and sun. There are delightful mature gardens surrounding the property, alfresco dining under an awning to provide shade, and table tennis for the more energetic. The outside space at Kulenin Evi is quite unusual and unique for the Old Town.
The panoramic sea view roof terrace has a table and 8 chairs, and arguably one of the finest views in Kalkan.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor is a large double en-suite bedroom with super-king sized bed and dressing area. Plus a twin room with separate shower room.

First floor
Another unusual feature for Kalkan is the separation of the lounge and kitchen. The lounge, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay, is spacious, light and airy and comfortably furnished. As well as a TV (for DVD use only), there’s a DVD and CD player with a range of DVD’s and CD’s, Bluetooth speaker and Apple TV plus games and books.
The separate kitchen across the hallway from the lounge is fully fitted with all major appliances including dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, toaster and fridge freezer. There is also a water cooler/dispenser.  Off the dining area in the kitchen, is a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, with steps down to the terrace for additional dining, just perfect for lunch or breakfast.

Second Floor
A further large double en-suite bedroom with super king-size bed, plus another twin en-suite bedroom occupy the whole of the second floor. Each bedroom has one or two sea view balconies.

Top Floor
A utility and combined kitchenette area are on the top floor. There’s a washing machine, sink, clothes drier, iron and ironing board, plus a fridge for food and drinks for sitting on the roof terrace.

Bedroom 1 – Super king size bed, en-suite shower room, dressing area, with doors giving access to garden terraces  (Ground floor)
Bedroom 2 – Twin room with use of the separate shower room on this level, with doors giving access to garden terraces (Ground floor)

Outside
Kulenin Evi has its own private pool (32m2) plus jacuzzi pool, set in delightful gardens and split- level terraces. The outside area is quite unusual for properties so close to the centre and allows guests to spread out. For your enjoyment there are 8 sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs for alfresco dining, plus sofas to relax on. For the more energetic or younger members there is a table tennis table to enjoy. The gardens themselves are home to lemon trees, bananas, figs, grapes, mulberries, pomegranates and olive trees can all be found, plus super smelling jasmine, bougainvillea and many other plants.

  • 5 star review  Kalkan is a very special place, most people return at least once a year and it still amazes us how many years they have visited Kalkan. We found Kalkan on a ramblers holiday in 2003 and have returned over 28 times. The food is wonderful the restaurant are first class the people are so friendly and Helpful, we have never gone back to any resort before but I miss Kalkan so can't wait for June to come around.

  • 5 star review  I can’t thank Louise enough.... We decided to come to Kalkan very last minute and contacted Louise for some help.... she was fabulous and gave us lots of choices of villas to choose from.. the villa we chose was absolutely perfect, just as Louise had described it and we had a fabulous time... Louise sorted all our transfers and even came to visit to say hello.... I would highly recommend and thank you again.. ?

  • 5 star review  I booked a villa in Kalkan via Holiday Lettings. Louise was the property manager for this villa and this was how we met her. Unfortunately, our chosen villa was double booked. However, before Louise told us the disappointing news, she found us a wonderful and arguably better villa than we booked. Not only that she organised shopping for us so that the villa had food and water available on arrival. She checked on us a couple of times to ensure we were happy. She also stepped in and helped us when our teenage daughter left her purse containing all her spending money in a Taxi and was successful in helping us get it back. She recommended restaurants for us to go to. Advised us correctly when we had troubles with the air conditioning units in the villa. Our holiday wasn’t without its challenges but is fair to say that Louise was a safe and reliable pair of hands to help us smooth out any issues and ensure we had a fabulous stay in Kalkan. Thank You.

  • positive review  We loved this apartment everything was as described in the advert but better! Louise was so helpful right from our initial enquiry and throughout our stay. Thanks to Suleman as well for the water deliveries and general help. There was a small issue with the WiFi to begin with but Louise quickly resolved it by liaising with the engineer. Would definitely recommend Shoreline and hope to book through them again, unfortunately the apartment that we rented has now been sold so won’t be able to book that one again.

  • 5 star review  Kalkan is stunningly beautiful. I fell in love with the place on my first visit nine years ago . I travel to Kalkan two to three times a year , mostly three . The sea is superb, people wonderful , so warm and friendly . Restaurants serve first class food and wine , as well as excellent friendly service . Kalamaki is a must if you go there . A boat trip with Sunset Boat trips is unforgettable. We have chartered their boat for two days , a truly memorable trip . If you go for the first time , it won't be your last . You will have the Kalkan bug , so am sure you will return many times . Just live the place ❤

  • positive review  From the moment we made the initial enquiry to the day we left the villa - Louise was so professional and yet very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble - no matter what the request, she went out of her way to help. The booking was smooth and without hitch, the villa was stunning and the holiday amazing / thanks to Louise!
